Are you in a roll? It looks like can see the data in the list view but the roll does not allow you to see it on the record view.

you can check by going to the Access tab of your Profile

It seems you don’t have the authority to edit the records, your users role only allows you to see records in the detail view.

Therefore, it is recommending you contact the administrator.
