403 response for GET Query and Empty modules(not fields) in the response for GET Metadata API call for Project and WorkFlow

Hi,

1.Previously tested get operation for Project and workflow that time i was getting response as 200,but now its showing as 403 forbidden.

I tried with Jen Smith Credentials who is Admin.

2.get metadata api call for these two modules(Project And WorkFlow) is not coming as expected .there are no fields under modules in the response of metadata api.

I have attached screenshot of it .

Please ,provide some suggestion here.
