I have built an iOS app which integrates CRMs. I am using sugar's rest api for integration. End user may have his/her (or company's CRM instance) Do I need to purchase license for same as my app would be only consumer of sugar api ? Can use word "SugarCRM" inside app? Thanks

Anything that uses the API uses a license. However, you can use your own platform to use an existing license to communicate with Sugar. This is how Sugar Connect and Sugar Outlook Plugin function; they use the user's existing license on its own platform.
