I want to remove opted out icon beside email address in contact module without using js

I dont want to display the opted out or invalid button next to email address feild in contact module. Can you please help me with this

You can copy clients/base/fields/email/detail.hbs to custom/modules/Contacts/clients/base/fields/email/detail.hbs and adjust as needed.
