Drill through not available in Dashlets

Hi SugarClub members,

I am new to SugarClub and learning from the topics already posted here.

My issue is, in one of our Dashboards, there are many dashlets with bar and pie charts, and they are working fine. However, there are a few dashlets with horizontal bar charts which allows Drill through and some which doesn’t. They are using reports which are very similar to each other (Type: Summation with Details) The structure of the reports are the same. The only difference is they are fetching data from different Modules.

Can anyone please suggest whether there is any reason why one dashlet will allow Drill Through and others won't?

NB: We are using SugarCRM Version 10.2.0 (Build 235 E) (Q4 2020) and I have Admin access.

Hello Sanjeev Samanta,

Do you get the "Not drillage message" or something similar ?

Are the "group fields" multi enum field?

It would help if you can share the dashlet error you got and also your report definition

Hi Frederic,

Its not an error message, It just shows 'Drill through no available' when an user places the cursor on a bar in a chart in the dashlet.

Hello,

Some fields type are not available for Drill Down (sugar cannot populate the corresponding filter on your list view).

Can you tell me what are the type of the fields that are used for the grouping on your report ?
