Strange behavior with rest queries with multiple offsets retiring the same result

agree, this is weird. Can you run the same query using the Users module?

It doesn't show the problem. I suspect its the result of inserts and deletes against that API that we have done, but if we do it, I assume others could. Its happening against a cloud account, so I don;t know if you can access the DB behind that to replicate the issue (or if we can export it such that we or you can see whats going on under the hood). We only noticed the problem by chance, as we were getting a single repeated id with the default of 20, but setting it to 1 shows the problem as above.

to troubleshoot a production instance, you shall work with SugarCRM Support team and open a regular case.
Otherwise, you might want to reproduce the issue on a Demo Builder instance (and then Sugar Labs can investigate).

Thanks for sharing your findings. 

I reproduced the erroneous behavior against a stock 10.3 instance and documented it as bug #86487 to have it addressed in a future release. 

While this is not fixed you should be able to retrieve the same information with the Users endpoint filtering for the "show_on_employees": true field.

Normally we recommend that your report those via Support Portal, but being ISV partner I believe that's not an option for you.
