Hi everyone, I hope the end of the year is treating everyone well!
We ran into an issue with a client using our integration and their refresh token lifetime was only set to 1 hour. We need to have that increased.
What is the process for doing that on a cloud instance? According to the docs it looks like it's a configurable item.
Also, I noticed in the docs it mentions this does not apply to SugarIdentity (IDM) instances. Is there somewhere else to configure that? Or is it managed differently?
