Unable to select 'Add Related Record' in Process Definition?

Question

I expect this will be obvious when somebody explains it but I have been unable to find a reason in the documentation...

Hi Luke, probably, the Target Module for Process Definition does not provide Relationships that could be used in SugarBPM OOTB Can you check whether it works on your instance when switching the definition to Account or Contact module as a target? 
 
 What is the task? I wonder whether SugarBPM extended with Logic Builder for Sugar could be of help All the Best, Dmytro
