Facing error during record creation

Baishakhi Karmakar  Can you provide more details on the steps you were taking when you hit the error?  Where are you seeing the error message?

javascript error while creating any entity after silent upgrade from sugarcrm professional 6.5.22 to 7.5.2.3  has some suggestions on how to fix a similar error.  Have you tried those?

Did you ever figure this out? I've tried every suggestion in the link @lschaefer posted, but nothing helped. I'm weirdly only seeing it on my local instance, not on any of our deployed environments. For me, I can create a lead, but when I convert it and try to create the contact, it then prints out the error in the logs after clicking on the create button.
