FTP access to cloud test instance

Hi all another sugar newbe question but as our test and live instance of sugarcrm are on the cloud platform, how do I go about fixing an error without raising a ticket.

I uploaded a package to our test cloud instance but uploaded the wrong file by mistake which had a php error. so now our test instance just sticks on the loading screen. 

all I need to do is remove this file and refresh the cache but it seems that with cloud you cant do anything but raise a support ticket which seems a long winded process to fix a simple problem
