Back on September 4th, we hosted an office hours roundtable on Refactoring Outdated Code. We had special guest Mike Russell join us to share his expertise on the topic. Mike runs our Developer Support team and manages several of SugarCRM's own CX applications such as the SugarCRM Support Portal.
Session Takeaways
We had a free-flowing session covering a lot of different topics. I think the biggest takeaway is that Sugar is a big product with a long history. Techniques that were considered best practice 5-10 years ago may not be state of the art anymore. It's important to stay on top of new trends by joining our quarterly release webinars and our monthly office hours where we share updates.
