What is the Onboarding Developer Framework?
This guide consists of instructions for current and future Sugar Developers on how to get started as a Developer, the end-to-end development process, and how to reach your development goals.
Who is it for?
There are 2 onboarding pathways available:
- Developer - For those interested in building customizations to enhance an organization’s Sugar instance.
- Product Developer - For those interested in creating add-on packages to be sold and distributed through the SugarOutfitters, the SugarCRM marketplace.
The customization guides contain information targeted at each Sugar release so that Sugar Developers can keep their code compatible between versions when new releases are available.
