I’m curious to know which features of your Sugar products are fan favorites within your company. For example, I’m a huge fan of the focus drawer & timeline features in Sugar Sell. I find that for my role both features save me tons of time when trying to get a view of what’s happening at a particular account before I reach out or respond to a customer.
