Where can I edit the text version of our emails?

Hello, I can see when going to send a test of an email there is the option to send the text version. Where can I find the area to edit that text version?

Hi Jessica, 
 You can edit the text version directly in the Email Builder . Go to the Confirm tab at the top, then click Edit Content . That will open the text version editor where you can adjust, add merge tags, or regenerate it as needed.
