Custom Report - No open Campaign

Good morning

I would like to send again the lastet campaign to the contacts that have not opend it .

Ho can I create a custom report, on the base of the Campaign ID and opens?

    Hi,

    You can easily send an email to recipients and their actions from a previous email campaign. In your new email go to the Recipients step and from the Lists drop down in the top left corner choose Campaigns. Drag your desired sent email into the Include section. Click on the 3 dots next to the include list and you will see a list of options. You would want to choose 'Sent but not Opened'. Your email will only send to record that did not open the selected email.

    This option is easier and quicker that having to create a report.
