Automatically re-triggering a nurture to contacts who've previously received it

Hi there,

We want to automate the regular sending of a nurture flow to contacts who've already been through the flow, can this be done? 

To give you some context, we have a job alerts flow live but want to automate those same emails to fire out on a monthly basis to those who have subscribed for job alerts.

    Hi Charlotte!

    That's an interesting use-case! It sounds like these are basically a monthly subscription to the same core email and my assumption would be there would be some merge tags that shows your users different data for these job alerts each month, does that sound correct?

    While there is not a setting within the nurtures to re-trigger all records to in a nurture to be re-dropped into the nurture again, I can think of a few ways to perhaps accomplish this but trial and error might be involved to make sure it aligns with your goals.

    The nurture would need to have the option 'Allow people to pass through this nurture more than once' enabled, which is at the beginning of the Nurture setup, or the 'Basics' tab. 

    Then from there, if perhaps you would like for these users to receive an email 30 days after they receive the nurture (as opposed to a specific day of the month) then once a record drops into a nurture, you could add a 30 day pause then followed by a Jump to Nurture step and jump to a different nurture with the same settings. Then have that second nurture do the same thing but have it Jump back to the original nurture. It would create an infinite loop between the two nurtures.

    Another option could be to build out a Nurture for the year with 12 Email sends followed by 30 day pauses. While a bit extra time to setup, it would allow for changes or alterations on Monthly Email sends.
