Hi Sudha, as far as I know, that is not possible out of the box. However, each module does remember which view you used last and shows it again the next time you visit that module. In other words, if you view tile view and then come back to that module later, it will show tile view again. I know this does require users realizing tile view is there in the first place though and they must select it on a per-module basis the first time. If you are looking specifically for the ability for the admin to specify tile view as the default for all users, I would recommend submitting a case to Support so they can log your interest in this feature request.
