Renewal Console Missing

Hi Brian,

The Renewals Console dashboard is renamed as the Sales console from Sugar 13.0.x, Can you confirm even if you are not able to see the Sales Console Dashboard in the Home Page Dashboards section?

YES, I'm able to see the Sales Console.

Is there a way to see the opportunity renewal tree? Father Opp, Renewal Opp 1, etc?

Hi Brian,

AFAIK, it displays all the open opportunities that are assigned to the current logged in user. It does not specifically give you a tree view like, how it displays in the product catalog tree dashlet like parent category, sub category, and then products.
