Renewal Console Missing

Hey,

I'm using version 13.3.0 with the following license(s): Sell Advanced.

Opportunities and Revenue Line Items Model.

Can't find the Renewal Console.

Pease help and thanks.

Hi Brian,

The Renewals Console dashboard is renamed as the Sales console from Sugar 13.0.x, Can you confirm even if you are not able to see the Sales Console Dashboard in the Home Page Dashboards section?

YES, I'm able to see the Sales Console.

Is there a way to see the opportunity renewal tree? Father Opp, Renewal Opp 1, etc?
