Outside user set to view certain leads based on a field selection. Why are the numbers of those that he can see less than what we see for the same field selection? BPM criteria incorrect?

We have an outside person we work with that is set to view ONLY a specific type of lead based on a field selection yet there is a difference in the number of those leads that we see vs. what he sees and it's the same field selection? Could it be an issue with the BPM criteria?

The issue is most likely due to some of the leads belonging to a team that the restricted user does not have access to view. Are you able to identify and compare a sample of records the user can and cannot see to determine whether it is a team membership issue?

That is correct but the BPM I had set up was supposed to auto add his team to those such leads where that option was selected in the dropdown field but for some reason some failed to add the team. Supposedly Sugar support determined the issue and fixed it but it still doesn't make any sense to me if it was working properly and suddenly, randomly stopped adding his team.
