We are struggling to report on neglected customers, for example, our team have to see their accounts within an 8 week cycle, how do we report on this to view the previous 8 weeks and to see the future 8 weeks. We can see what is booked however we cannot see who hasn't been booked.
Any help would be great.

We had a calculated field that uses the Calls, Meetings, and Emails modules to determine the latest date for a Contact to have a record for any one of those. We consider that the last contact made.to a Contact.
We then roll that up to the Account for the last date of contact of any contact for an Account.
It is really easy to use that in reports, lists, etc.
