How do I change the system/default currency to AUD?
Even as an admin I don't seem to be able to update the the system/default currency.

Hi Matt Elliott,
To change the system default currency, go to Admin > Locale. From there, enter the appropriate ISO 4217 currency code and update any other fields as necessary:
Once you make your updates, click 'Save' and those changes should be reflected when you go to Admin > Currencies:
