Attachments not visible on Notes

Hello Omar Conte, 

What you are describing seems to be the expected behaviour of Sugar. 
When a user creates a record the team set should be the "Default Teams" of that user. 

If you want to add more teams in the Note or Attachment creation you should consider adding those teams to the "Default Teams" of the user that creates the Notes.

But then, what happens if I add the "all users" team directly to the note?

Will all users be able to see the attachment?

The way to go is to add the Global team to the attachment note.

I believe I finally understand your scenario now. 
Let me know if this is what you are facing: 

1 - With User Jim that has default team = West you create a note with one attachment. 
2 - Now you want to provide visibility to team East adding the new team to the note that Jim created. 
3 - The users on Team East can see the Note but can't open the attachment. 

This happens because the attachment is stored in one "Attachment note" in which the Teams are not propagated with the change in step 2. 

This is indeed an issue and it was already documented by our support team:

While this is not fixed the only workaround I can think of is to create a logic hook to copy the teams over in step 2 in an after_save action.

If the issue is that note attachments don't have the same team assignments as the parent note on creation, then our plugin, Upsert BPM Essentials, has the feature to meet your needs through a new SugarBPM action. The definition would look like the following:

If the issue is that you are changing team assignments on a parent note after creation, then you should still be able to use our plugin to get the desired result through a combination of 2 BPM definitions and our plugin. (1 definition to trigger an update to the related attachment records and 1 definition listening for that update so that it knows when to inherit the team assignments from the parent note). 

If you use SugarBPM currently, our plugin has a lot of other great features to increase the ease of use and power of SugarBPM!

Anyway checking in Sell the issue is not present (Sell manages attachments on Notes in a different way....)

I still could reproduce the issue following the steps of the defect

As mentioned a possible workaround is to copy the team set over to the child note via logic hook.
