Email body not showing in browser

I switched to Firefox last week because the Reply option in Emails wasn't working with external email client in Chrome or Edge.

Now when I open emails from cases in Firefox, the body of the email doesn't show up at all.

Any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong?

this is a known issue with Firefox 80

85458: The body of the email does not display as expected when accessing Sugar via Firefox 80. As a workaround, open the Developer Tools console and refresh the page to view the email body.

Thanks for the reply! So there's defects with Chrome and Edge and Firefox. Is there a recommended browser that I should be using?
