What exactly do you mean with "The file upload limit of 10MB in target list"?

The upload limit is valif only for files you load as document, attachment or image.

according to the KB it also applies to import files (probably as they need to be uploaded before getting processed)

Maximum upload size : Specifies the maximum file size in bytes that is allowed to be uploaded to Sugar. This setting affects images, import files, and module uploads.

Yes you are right, but my question stays still open. There is no direct possibility to upload in target lists. Which upload is meant?
