    Hello Sheela,

    SugarCRM does not provide the facility to send csv file in schedule report functionality. As per the user guide only Rows and Columns-type reports can be exported as a .CSV (comma-separated values) file in Sugar and for the generic use propose they have provided only PDF format in schedule report functionality.

    But If you wants the .csv file of your Rows and Columns-type reports in schedule report feature. you may have to customize that functionality.
