missing meeting invitation panel

We just upgraded from 6.1 or 6.2 to 6.5.16. When creating a meeting, there is no longer the option to invite others. This is a critical feature! Has anyone experienced this problem? Note that if I go thru the calendar and create a new meeting there, I have the invite panel. But users typically go through meetings directl, not thru calendar

    1. also missing from the create new meeting tab is scheduling panel

    2. and there is a bug with the "reminder" drop down box in the main panel. Instead of showing the drop down box, the value associated with the default value of the drop down box is shown (3600, which is 60 minutes)
