php.ini not writable on osx 10.11.6 "El Capitan"

HI, I just tried to install SugarCRM on a server running OSX 10.11.6, but I had this message:

Component	Status
Writable Upload Directory	Warning: Not Writable

Location of your PHP configuration file (php.ini):
/etc/php.ini

So I tried to chmod 777 the /etc dir and the /etc/php.ini file, but I'm still havinf the same issue.

I thought that maybe that was a problem related to SIP /Sytem Integration Protection) introduced with OSX 10.11, and I disabled, but the issue is still there.

How can I solve this problem?

In your root sugarcrm directory, make sure you have a folder called 'upload' that is writeable.

Also try running these commands - http://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Administration/Platform_Management/Required_File_System_Permissions_on_Linux/… - (if apache isn't your apache user, use the correct user, e.g. www-data).
