How do I approve a Knowledge Base article?

I have created a process definition to require manager approval on all external articles. Once the article goes from Draft to In Review I receive an email stating "XYZ has assigned a document to you for approval and publishing." But at this point I cannot find where it is so I can approve or reject.

If I open the article in the KB, I dont have those options to choose from (do I need to make them?)

If I open the documents module there is nothing assigned to me.

Please advise.

    The Approve/Reject buttons do not display on the record. You have to open the Process to see the Approve/Reject buttons. Make sure you have the Processes Dashlet on you main Dashboard. If a Process is assigned to you, there will be an link for you to select. You can also find all processes assigned to you in the Process List view.

    So, again, the processes are different than the actual record.

    Do you see the process to approve?
