How do I run a report to show contacts that are associated with multiple accounts? This is for the Community Edition. I'm completely new to Sugar and have nobody to teach me!

Reporting is not a product that is included with the Community Edition. You may want to investigate and review available custom module packages that other developers have created to see if any will meet your business need. You can review them on our GitHub SugarCRM-CE repository.
