I am getting this error in log file: SECURITY: The session ID is invalid, how to resolve it?

    Thanks for your reply.

    I am getting this message in logs repeatedly from 3rd party application integrated with SugarCRM and now that application is unable to login to SugarCRM, whenever it makes a call to login function.

  • Could the IP address of the third party integration be changing?  I ask because by default, Sugar determines sessions based on the IP address.  If the IP address changes, then the session will end.  Try going to Admin > System Settings and uncheck the "Validate User IP Address" checkbox to see if that helps.
