How to Sync changes in SugarCRM with database?

I am using Sugar ce 6.5

I have made changes to my SugarCRM. Example like creating new fields.
However, in my database i could not find the custom fields that i have created.
I need them in my database so i could set auto increment to the field i have created.

Hi Yuenchee,

Please check your module's cstm table in database. For eg: if module is Accounts, check accounts_cstm. Let us know if this helps.

Last week I created few fields in SugarCRM but not seeing those fields in SugarCRM database till now. Please let me know your suggestions
