Cannot see the filter I used for a dashlet?

Hi all,

I created a dashlet that filters open cases that have a certain tag.  However, when I click the gear on the top right of that dashlet and choose "edit", I don't see the filter I created - instead, I see this:

I've got to be doing something wrong - the dashlet does work, and I hit "cancel" from here and see the appropriate cases, but why can't I see the filter I used to get that list??
