Meet the 2021 SugarCRM Breakthrough Customer Award Winners

Wow! That's seemingly the best expression I can come up with to communicate how in awe I am. In September, we announced our first-ever customer awards, the SugarCRM Customer Breakthrough Awards. Our intention? To celebrate our unique customers worldwide for their breakthrough successes. Over the course of the submission period, we had stories from all over the world pour in. A handful of submissions were some of the most influential adoption success stories we'd ever heard. Others were inspiring tales of changing the world for the better. To say it was hard to determine just 11 winners out of all of the colorful submissions is an understatement. 

Our judging committee submerged ourselves into every last detail of each submission, and when we came up for air we had our winners selected.
