Add the possibility to define a filter for weblogichook

Hello,

WebLogicHook is a nice idea to push data to an external system without any code.

But today, you can't filter interesting "events" to decide when you want to push something ; it would be nice to add the possibility to add a filter section where you can restrict the push according to this settings.
