could you please suggest me how to hide or remove the subpanel "Edit" and "Unlink" button.

You would have to extend the views/layouts accordingly for the specific module pair you are working with. I have done it many times in the past with my teams and... it is quite tedious work to get right in an extensible way 
This is definitely something that should/could be part of the roles configuration in my opinion
