How to import meeting attendees/guest/participants

Hi All,

Query 1:

Can anyone suggest how to import meeting attendees/guest/participants though CSv file?

Please share template if you have.

Query 2:

In meeting import how to skip Meeting Duration and Minute field, but at the same it should auto calculate on basis of start and end time, please suggest.

Please suggest at earliest.

Hello shreya dalvi ,

Sugar does not have a good way to relate several Guests to a meeting via .csv import.
If you know the Id's of the meetings and the Guests I would suggest having a look editing the meetings via REST calls to relate them.

In terms of the query 2, Sugar takes the date_start and duration to calculate the date_end.
If what you have is the date_start and date_end I would try to calculate the duration via a formula in the Excel and import it afterwards.
