  • Hi ,

Can you clarify a bit more about your question? Are you expecting to see additional modules there or are you looking to limit the modules that can be selected? The module list is natively determined by the relationships defined with your primary module.

  • Hi Chris,

    thanks for your help.

The labels of some modules are not listet correctly and some modules are listet more than once (with same content).

  • Hi ,

The multiple listings of the same module would typically be indicative of multiple relationships defined between the two modules. If you go to the primary module in Studio and view the relationships, do you see multiple relationships to the Accounts module? A good example of this issue in a new install of Sugar is the record view dashlet configuration for the Contacts module lists 'Tasks' three times in this view and 'Meetings', 'Calls', and 'Emails' twice each to correspond with the different relationships Contacts has with each module. It's not ideal since you have to experiment to select the appropriate relationship, but the dashlet is providing appropriate options since those different relationships exist.

With regards to the label keys displaying, do those modules (ICC_Invoice, ICC_Notes, etc.) still exist in your system? It's possible that artifact files were left behind if those modules have since been disabled/uninstalled.

If the modules are still in use, I have a few questions to better understand how this may be reproducible.

    1. Are those relationships you can actively use in your target module (either through a subpanel or relationship field on the module)?
    2. Assuming yes to the above the question, what types of relationships are they (one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-one, or many-to-many)?
    3. Do you know how those modules and relationships were originally created (i.e. Studio, Module Builder, or developer)?
