I am trying to deal with "/<module>/customfield/" Rest API call.
I am not able to get succeeded.
I am trying to do a postman call but having 500 internal server issue.
Please help me on this for the same.

You will likely need to inspect the php error logs and/or the sugarcrm.log to see what the issue is. Without the php code or exact 500 error, it is difficult to assist in these scenarios. It looks like your instance is on SugarCloud so you can open a support case or use SugarCloud Insights to view the logs.
