We've recently noticed (v11 and maybe v10) that "isUpdate" no longer shows in WebLogicHooks.
Any idea why and what the alternative is to be able to know if a record is new or updated?
Thanks

The "old fashioned" way was to check fetched_row, as documented here:
But I think you should report your findings to Support, as it sounds like the documented isUpdate is not working for you.

Thanks. Looks like a support case is the only way to go. Now if the support site would only just work properly.
I've never had problems with the support site.
If you have trouble maybe contact the developer advocate here on Community Rafael Fernandes or the Sr. Community Manager Alex Nassi. I am sure one of them can help.

Avi Orzech We had some issues earlier today with some of our internal systems that may have been affecting the support portal (https://portal.sugarondemand.com/) but that should not have affected the link Francesca Shiekh shared, or anything else on support.sugarcrm.com. Can you explain what's not working properly and I can pass that along to the proper team here at Sugar? You can also use the "Provide Feedback" button available on almost any page on the support site and that feedback is sent directly to our documentation team for review.
As Francesca mentioned, I'll tag Rafael Fernandes too in case he has anything to add that I'm not aware of

Thanks Alex.
Francesca's link worked fine.
As you say, the support portal itself was affected not other things this time.
I've had other issues related to the SugarCRM infrastructure changes in the past month that have mostly been resolved. I'll find out soon if a separate issue has been resolved.
Thanks.
