isUpdate in WebLogicHooks no longer there

We've recently noticed (v11 and maybe v10) that "isUpdate" no longer shows in WebLogicHooks.

Any idea why and what the alternative is to be able to know if a record is new or updated?

The "old fashioned" way was to check fetched_row, as documented here:

https://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Developer/Sugar_Developer_Guide_11.0/Data_Framework/Models/SugarBean/#Distinguishing_New_from_Existing_Records

But I think you should report your findings to Support, as it sounds like the documented isUpdate is not working for you.

Thanks. Looks like a support case is the only way to go. Now if the support site would only just work properly.
