Join 2 tables

Is there any way to join two tables like we join in MySQL like inner join , outer join etc I want data from 2 tables on foreign key basis

I would do that with 2 api calls 
 
 get your 30 records (and your 30 reseller_id_c if all records contain it) 
 get the reseller info for all the records retrieved on step 1, with an in() condition on the POST /<module>/filter api with the right parameters (eg: https://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Developer/Sugar_Developer_Guide_10.1/Architecture/Filters/#Example )
