This course explains how to use Sugar Market's Events Module to create an event that can integrate with the online event management tools GoToWebinar and WebEx.  In this course, you will learn how to set up and event from start-to-finish, enable the proper push settings in the connector screen to push event data back to your external CRM, and how to create event emails using the ODS email builder.

Part One: Events Module Overview

In this video, we’ll review all of the components needed to publish a successful event using Sugar Market’s events module.

Part Two: Enable Push Settings

In this video, we will review the Push settings that should be enabled to sync Event data from Sugar Market to your external CRM.

Part Three: Create Event Emails in ODS

In this video, you will learn how to create an email template in the ODS builder that will be available to select in the events module. 

Please keep in mind, you should only follow these steps if you do not want to send automated event emails from your webinar platform.  Also, we recommend that you choose to only send the automated emails from Sugar Market, or your webinar platform, and not from both for one event.
