Brenda is one of our Knowledge Collaborators on the team that manages all of the documentation on the Sugar Support Site, With this week's tip, Brenda wants to give a suggestion to help increase team collaboration within an organization, allowing users to stay well-informed of updates.
The Email on Mention setting was added over a year ago in Sugar 9.1 but it’s disabled by default so many people might not be taking advantage of it. Turn this setting on in your user profile to receive email notifications when someone mentions you in a comment log entry.
