Suggested Workflows For Using Shared Outlook Inbox And Sugar Connect

Our Inside Sales staff each have their own Outlook 365 email addresses, but also both monitor a shared inbox, info@company.com, which receives emails that should be archived in SugarCRM and they also respond and send emails from that shared info@company.com email box. 

Has anyone using Sugar Connect dealt with a similar situation and came up with solution(s)? Would you mind sharing them?

Because we like the capabilities of Sugar Connect, we've explored adjusting our workflows so that Inside Sales forwards emails to their personal inbox before utilizing Sugar Connect to archive and to have them response / send emails out of their personal Inbox (just so they can use Sugar Connect. Our Inside Sales is not super happy with having to do the extra "Forward to my personal Inbox" step, so we are exploring any other options.
