Create Case from Email

With the Outlook Add In, we were able to select an Email Message and then choose Create New Sugar Record, Select Case and a large number of fields would be populated automatically and the Case created would have hte emial linked to it.

This functionality appears to be missing from Sugar Connect. I can create a Case, but the email doesn't link to the Case and none of the fields populate.

Surely I am missing something - this seems too big a gap to be missing ?
