Hi,

If I schedule a meeting via Sugar Connect and uses Gmail integration. When a customer uses the link I handed them, will the meeting in my calendar include a google hangout link or do I need to go in to each meeting and add that?

    Hi Sofia

    If you create a meeting in Gmail calendar and add the google meet link, that information is currently not saved in the calendar entry in Sugar. You can add the Google meet details in the description, which will sync into Sugar. 


    The customer will still see the link as they would get the invite from Gmail. 

    We will consider this in our roadmap to add the Google meet details into Sugar.
