Can I customize "Tile view" in Opportunities?

it is configurable in admin page

So you can define which sales stage options to enable or disable.

Hi Kristjan,

I believe your dropdown is hidden in the hidden values in the Tile View Settings. If you are Admin User, go to Admin and Tile View Settings and drag and drop from hidden values section to Available section. Please go through this link to know more about Tile View Settings.
