Automatic conversion of opportunity and revenue line item to Purchase and Purchase line item

I learnt that in the SugarCRM Sell 10.1 version the purchase and purchase line items are automatically generated once the sales stage of revenue line item in the opportunity is updated to 'Closed won'.

This advanced feature is working only is some instances and is not working in other instances though the version of SugarCRM Sell is 10.1. Could you please help me why this feature is active in only some instances?

Hi Kalyan,

According to my observation I found that it works only when the CRON has setup on the Instance. Once the CRON is enabled the Purchases and Purchased Line Items are automatically created when the Revenue Line Item has Sales Stage is Closed Won and Generate Purchase Order is set to Yes in the Instance. This Feature is only for Sugar Sell User.

The "Generate Purchase Order" is configured within the Product Catalog on a line by line basis, if you are looking for it.

Due to it occurring on cron, it also doesn't happen on mouse click - you'll see it appear usually in a few minutes, depending upon how frequently your cron runs.
