SugarCRM Mobile 6.5.1 is Live

SugarCRM Mobile 6.5.1 is now available for download on iOS and Android devices.

This release fixes an issue where users may have difficulty logging in to some Sugar instances after upgrading to SugarCRM Mobile 6.5.

SugarCRM Mobile 6.5.1 is compatible with Sugar 8.0 and above. Please review the Mobile Supported Platforms page for more information about device compatibility. 

All existing installations of SugarCRM Mobile will be upgraded through the phone or tablet’s native upgrade functionality. Alternatively, upgrades can be performed by searching for “SugarCRM Mobile” in the application store for your device or using the following links:

  • Ryan Horton - The issue fixed in 6.5.1 is different than the one you're describing. I see that your company has a case open for this issue. I was just speaking to the assigned support engineer and we were able to find the recently identified and submitted (and already escalated!) bug, #82511. He is associating your case with this bug as well to help our team prioritize. In looking through the notes on the bug, there have been reports that uninstalling and reinstalling SugarCRM Mobile has helped clear this issue, though I know this may not be a scalable solution. I'll keep an eye on the bug as it progresses and you'll also receive updates via your open case.
